DFI Labs is a quantitative research and technology company; it does not provide regulated portfolio management, investment advice, custody or crypto-asset services directly to investors. Where a strategy is implemented, regulated portfolio management, where applicable, is carried out within an authorised asset-management framework, and any offering memorandum, subscription agreement or management mandate is issued by the authorised manager, not by DFI Labs.

1. Eligibility and jurisdiction

DFI Labs works with regulated asset managers and institutional counterparties. Where any strategy implemented within an authorised asset-management framework is offered, that offering is made only to eligible professional and institutional investors in jurisdictions where it is permitted, and by the authorised manager. Access to this website from countries or regions where such access would be unlawful is prohibited. It is the responsibility of each visitor to verify that their use of this website complies with local law.

2. Digital-asset risk

Digital assets are highly volatile, speculative, and may experience sudden and severe price movements. Liquidity can evaporate without warning. Trading venues may suspend withdrawals, become insolvent, or be subject to regulatory action. Smart-contract, custodial, and operational risks may result in the total or partial loss of invested capital.

3. Quantitative-strategy risk

Systematic strategies rely on statistical models that may fail to anticipate market regimes, structural breaks, or extreme events. Past performance is not indicative of future results. DFI Labs SAS is a quantitative research and technology company. It designs research, signal-generation infrastructure and monitoring tools. DFI Labs does not itself provide regulated portfolio management, investment advice, custody or crypto-asset services directly to investors. Where a strategy is implemented, regulated portfolio management, where applicable, is carried out within an authorised asset-management framework, and responsibility for that regulated activity, including any client-facing obligations, sits with the authorised manager. Nothing on this website should be read as DFI Labs holding out that it performs regulated portfolio management or crypto-asset services on its own account.
